A high quality product characterized by the absence of colourants, thickeners and added flavours.

It derives entirely from the use of organic white grapes.

Very light and delicate, it has a low acidity of 5.5%. Excellent for daily use, it can replace Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and wine vinegar.

It is suitable with vegetables, fragrant with crudités and above all suitable for the summer months. It goes well with many dishes, both during cooking as a special ingredient and added raw to enhance the characteristics of fresh and light dishes.
